Long Term Opportunities
Our long-range plan is to create several investments that will follow the ever-changing Real Estate market. We feel that the Housing Market will come back to the Builders in late 2011 or early 2012. It is our intention to have several residential projects ready for sale to the Merchant Builders at that time.

We are looking for investors to participate in these exciting projects and share in the enormous profits. Nothing pays off better than entitled property and we are looking for the right opportunities for ourselves, our investors, and our sub-contractors.

Investors can participate in the purchase of the land, or in financing the entitlement of the project. Either way, there is a “Shared Equity” plan in place that makes these investment opportunities the best plans available!

Short Term Opportunities
There are Land Owners out there today that would love to develop their property. They just don’t have the resources, or the knowledge available to move forward with a plan. That is where we come in! We will provide the expertise to make their dreams a reality. In many cases, all that is left is a financial investment that will bring it all together.

These short-term opportunities can keep you, the investor, involved just as far as the entitlement process, or all the way through construction. It’s all up to you, and just how big of a return you actually want to make on your investment.
